Santa's Grotto

Come and meet Santa in his magical grotto! Families can book up to 6 tickets. Each timeslot is 5 minutes.

Food and drinks available to purchase on a pay what you like basis - CASH ONLY

Tickets are pay what you like - every adult and child attending need a ticket. Babes in arms are free if you do not wish to receive a gift.

Please only book 1 timeslot per family

We're encouraging people to walk or use public transport to this event. The number 1 bus from Gloucester City Centre runs every 10 minutes to Matson. The bus stop to get off is Matson, Recreational Ground. The Phoenix Centre is a 4 minute walk from here.

Customer information

Entrance to the grotto will be clearly sign posted. Each timeslot is 5 minutes long, please note latecomers will not be accepted. Please be patient with the booking page, tickets are high in demand and may not load quickly. Waiting lists will be available to join, if tickets are cancelled you will be notified.

  • This venue has Ground floor level access with possible limits on mobility aids 

  • 1x accessible toilet with baby changing facilities

  • Ladies cubicle toilets (2) 

  • Mens toilets

  • Small car park to rear of venue

  • Free on-street parking nearby
